Actioning Allyship

At The Converge, we believe deeply in understanding our complete and complicated histories, and this series provides an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the past to understand the present better. Our Actioning Allyship series lets you gain new insights and understanding of our shared history while planning concrete steps forward.

The Deeper Dive History Lesson is conducted by Dr. Jennifer "Bingo" Gunter, a trained historian with over 20 years of research and study of the US South. This 12-hour series is conducted over four consecutive weekends. $400 per person includes all materials. Contact us for more information.

Strategic Planning

Our Strategic Planning service provides an equity assessment of your current situation and creates a comprehensive action plan with concrete steps for improvement. We will work with you to analyze your goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for long-term success.

Effective Equity Training

Our Effective Equity service is a three-phase program designed to help organizations build trust, broaden their historical knowledge, and create a plan for a group project. Through a series of workshops, activities and discussions, we strive to help organizations identify and break down barriers of equity, diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization.

Community Circles

Community Circles are free quarterly offerings that bring together people from diverse backgrounds to build community, discuss issues, foster understanding, and build bridges. Participants are provided with a safe space to share their stories, learn from others, and explore solutions to the challenges they face. Our goal is to create a more equitable and compassionate society.
